Scroll on Instagram or swipe through TikTok videos and you’ll find nail technicians creating the same glamorous styles for customers in their salons.
reported last year that Nguyen’s salon brought in over $600,000 in 2022. She tells TODAY.com that her fiancé is in charge of their finances, so she isn’t sure how much she made in 2023 — but she is confident it was more than her earnings in 2022. While the money is certainly a bonus, Nguyen achieved the main goal she set out to accomplish: relocating her family to the U.S. “I moved my family over here. My parents and my siblings. They’re all here now,” she reveals.
