mbg's note: mbg: I think a lot of people can relate to the idea of having restless nights before big events or days. I can’t imagine what it’s like to try and fall asleep the night before something as big as the World Cup or the Olympics. How do you set yourself up for success? Morgan: I like to track my sleep. So with that, I’ve found there’s an optimal window that I should be going to sleep and waking up.
