A former FedEx driver who couldn't afford to invest in real estate the traditional way explains how he used 'Airbnb arbitrage' to acquire 25 rental units in less than 2 years

When the pandemic hit in March 2020, Turner and his wife Taniera were among the millions of US workers immediately impacted. They both filed for unemployment after getting laid off and started thinking about their next steps. This route seemed much more doable financially. The Turners' upfront costs would include: first month's rent, a security deposit, and furniture.
The couple ended up finding their first property thanks to a Facebook real-estate group that they were part of, said Turner:"A realtor in the group posted saying that she could help people find properties, so we reached out to her."
