Leatherwood joins his former Alabama teammate Jedrick Wills. Jr. in the Browns' offensive line room.
Leatherwood was an All-America offensive tackle at Alabama, and the Raiders took him with the 17th overall selection in 2021. His rookie year saw action in all 17 games, including a postseason appearance in the AFC Wild Card game, where they suffered a 26-19 loss to the Bengals.
