More and more Big Apple youngsters are getting busted by police, as New York State’s broken juvenile justice system continues to fail troubled teens.

They were both released without bail to their parents’ custody, the sources added.Police said a quarter of juveniles busted with a gun will likely be involved in a shooting in some way down the line.
