Officers responded to the 4500 block of Hull Street, near Cullen Blvd., around 2 a.m. Wednesday and found the man.Police said he appeared to have been shot in the head. Neighbors didn’t report hearing gunshots, and no shell casings were located at the scene, police said. "Likely he was dropped off or dumped out of a car," Detective D. Crowder with the HPD Homicide Unit said early Wednesday morning. "He hasn't been identified at this time. But we're just asking if anybody's in this area that knows anything or saw anything, just please give us a call because this is, right now, unidentified male on the street, and we could use some help.
