The victim, who had a prior relationship with Tomlinson, reported that she was confined to a bedroom and assaulted multiple times before escaping through a hole in the wall.

Alaska State Troopers apprehended Tomlinson on Thursday, charging him with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree sexual assault , and additional offenses related to drugs and assault.
According to a criminal complaint filed in the case, the victim, who had a prior relationship with Tomlinson, stated that he confined her to a bedroom within his residence and subjected her to at least 50 assaults. She managed to escape through a hole in the room on Wednesday and sought refuge in another house with the assistance of a friend, as detailed in a sworn affidavit by Alaska State Troopers Investigator Craig Markiewicz. Medical examination revealed bruising on her body and head lacerations sustained during the ordeal.The woman informed troopers that she had agreed to use methamphetamine with Tomlinson five days prior to the incident. Tomlinson then locked the door and chained it shut, effectively trapping her inside. He commenced the assaults on Saturday, relentlessly refusing to allow her to leave, and escalated the abuse to include sexual assault on Wednesday. Notably, Tomlinson was already serving probation for a January 2023 incident where he was accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting another woman within his vehicle, as previously reported by troopers.Early Wednesday morning, investigators conducted an interview with Tomlinson. However, upon questioning, he invoked his right to legal counsel and declined to answer any further inquiries, as indicated in the affidavit filed alongside the new charges. As of Thursday, Tomlinson remained incarcerated at the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility, facing charges of first-degree sexual assault and kidnapping, along with fourth-degree assault, misconduct involving a controlled substance, and violation of his release conditions
