They will face Toledo (6-4) at the Fertitta Center on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. Houston's streak of being ranked also continues, as they are ranked No. 15 in the AP poll and No. 12 in the USA Today coaches’ poll for a national best 92 consecutive weeks. Guard LJ Cryer is in a hot streak of his own, scoring 20 or more points in three straight games.
Cryer and Emanuel Sharp rank in the top 10 in the Big 12 Conference for 3-point field goals per game and 3-point percentage. Toledo is coming off a loss at Youngstown State and is led by guards Sonny Wilson (16.4 ppg) and Sam Lewis (13.9 ppg). Houston leads the all-time series against Toledo 3-2
