At least one art studio sustained major damage in a fire Tuesday in the Sawyer Yards complex.
Houston Fire Department arson investigators responded to Bohemian Photography, 2101 Winter St., because of a fire. No other details were immediately released. Fire investigators were still at the scene Tuesday afternoon. The Houston Art Alliance on Tuesday confirmed it had received a report of an"explosion" at the business and that other businesses nearby might have been damaged in the fire. The alliance has sent its disaster services team to the site, officials said.
