“Of those 4 million people, do you want to take a guess at how many were Anglos?” she asked. “180,000. That’s it, out of 4 million.” This, she argued, is an example of how gerrymandering can be used to dilute the votes of certain groups. Video of the remark was widely shared on X Thursday.
