“Holy s–t! Holy f–k! ” the man who captured the harrowing footage, Azuriah O’Daniel, screamed in terror.
“Oh my God, what the f–k? ”First responders rushed to the scene and took the male driver to the hospital. He was in stable condition as of Friday, WAVY reported. Police said the dramatic incident triggered a “minor hazmat situation,” but there was no immediate threat to the public.
The crash is under investigation and the Chesapeake Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for more information.
