Horizon Forbidden West's Burning Shores DLC brought five new sets of armor for Aloy to wear, but which one is the best? 🤔
Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores doesn't just bring a new map, new characters, and a new romance opportunity to the table - five new legendary armors have also made their way into the game, giving Aloy a handful of fresh and exciting wardrobe options. Thanks to the transmog system, these outfits can be used for function, fashion, or both; but whether players are concerned about stats or style, there are some options that are certainly better than others.
4 Quen Deadeye In contrast to Nora Lookout, the Quen Deadeye armor is more thematically in line with the expansion, obviously taking a lot of inspiration from the Quen tribe. Aloy will get to know the Quen and one of its former members in particular during her journey, so it only makes sense that she'd start to adapt to their ways. Quen Deadeye has her dressed in a lightweight white smock, which is decorated with accents of coral orange and blue-gray.
The Quen Commander armor is a step up from the previous entries, with a total resistance of 130. It offers a pretty impressive set of skills too, with +2 Energized Duration, +1 Resonator Buildup, +1 Resonator Blast+, and +1 Resonator Damage. Unsurprisingly, this Warrior set is geared towards a close-range combat style. Those who enjoy striking their enemies down with a dramatic resonator blast will get plenty of use out of the Quen Commander outfit in Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores.
