On the 22nd anniversary of the September 11 attacks, New York City experienced a poignant and symbolic moment as a vibrant rainbow appeared in the sky.

President Joe Biden, speaking at a military base in Anchorage, Alaska, urged Americans to rally around protecting democracy.
