After making its global debut last year, Honda Cars Philippines brings in the all-new third-generation HR-V. The 2022 HR-V is the latest product to benefit from the Japanese carmaker’s human-centric design. Not only does it provide excellent performance and appealing aesthetics, but it’s designed to fully integrate with their customers’ lives.

Inside, the same horizontal design motif carries over. Honda’s “Man Maximum, Machine Minimum” design concept is in full display with the HR-V focusing on the reduction of driver movement during operation. The layout is also meant to increase available interior space as well as visibility.

The 2022 HR-V rides on the same platform as the all-new Honda Jazz/Fit, it has front MacPherson Struts and a rear Torsion Beam Axle. The S CVT runs on a normally-aspirated 1.5-liter DOHC i-VTEC engine with 121 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque, while the V Turbo CVT has 177 horsepower and 240 Nm of torque. Both engines are mated to a CVT gearbox driving the front wheels.
