More details have been released regarding a homicide that took place in Somerset County Friday evening.
According to state police, Shearer told them that an argument started after Miller wanted to go to a bar but Shearer did not, and that his Ring doorbell camera should have caught the altercation.State police said that, when they arrived, Shearer was lying on top of Miller crying. According to state police, Shearer said he began driving the two home when Miller said he wanted to go to a different bar.
State police said that Shearer told them that he managed to break away, but Miller chased him around his vehicle twice. State police said that they reviewed Ring doorbell footage and it showed Shearer and Miller in the driveway of the residence shouting at each other as Shearer walked away from Miller.
