Homicide detectives are investigating a death in south Houston on Wednesday, Houston Police Department officials said.
Officers were called around noon to the scene at 3577 Yellowstone Blvd, Houston Police Department spokesperson Shay Awosiyan said. Police assistance had been requested by the Houston Fire Department.A man was reported dead at the scene just before 2 p.m., on the Houston police Twitter account. The investigation is ongoing and further information was not immediately available Wednesday afternoon.
