Homeschooling mum shares epic obstacle course she created for her son to keep him active during the coronavirus lockdown
WITH schools closed for the foreseeable future, parents are finding novel ways to keep the kids entertained while complying with the coronavirus lockdown.
And one mum has come up with a genius idea to keep her toddler entertained with a very elaborate obstacle course.Kylie MacNab shared the epic obstacle course she created for her toddler to keep him entertainedKylie MacNab, from Nebraska, has had her whole family at home for a few days and posted the video onThe mum had the genius notion of setting up an obstacle course using things she has in her own house- cushions, dining chairs and hallway benches.
In the video her son can be seen following blue arrows around the house, climbing under chairs, spinning on the spot, jumping on a mini-trampoline and sliding down a little slippery dip. Unsurprisingly, parents everywhere thought it was genius, with the mum's video being shared over 600K times.Fellow parents praised the mum's 'awesome' ideas"This is awesome!" one mum said, with another adding, "Great idea to get out some of their healthy energy!"
Plenty were tagging other mums and dads, suggesting we'd all be doing a version of Kylie's obstacle course before long.
