THE main builder of housing projects in the Philippines has just been named the top winner during the recent Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards held at the Four Seasons Bangkok in Thailand.
SMDC’s Sail Residences claimed the Best Condominium Architectural Design. Inspired by world-class seaside resorts and luxurious cruise ships, the property boasts of its opulent design and relaxed atmosphere perfect for individuals, couples, and families who are looking for a peaceful condo living amid the hustle and bustle of the city.
The Best Landscape Architectural Design was bestowed to Vine Residences—thanks to its impressive outdoor spaces and amenities, such as the Sunken Garden and the Vine Nature Park. Strategically located within the SM City Novaliches mall complex, it is a stone thrown away from restaurants, retail stores and cinemas.
“The success for SMDC, RLC Residences and Grand Land at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2022 is amazing,” said Tanya Peralta-Yu, Dot Property Group country manager for the Philippines. “It shows developers and projects in the Philippines can compete with the region’s best. This is a remarkable achievement for the entire Philippine real-estate industry.”
