EUCLID , Ohio - Home security video from a neighbor in Euclid appears to show a person throwing debris off a cliff into Lake Erie.
He described what he saw on July 22. “This truck is driving through my neighbor’s yard and then backs up on the lake I couldn’t really see what because that lilac was blocking my view,” this neighbor said. “I looked at the video later to see what he had been doing and that’s when I saw all this chucking of debris.”“I could see there was metal sheets down there, metal rods, and things like that I certainly hadn’t noticed before,” this neighbor said.
