Home sales were down in 20 of New Jersey's 21 counties in 2022.

But home sales in New Jersey were actually down 20% compared to 2021, according to data from the Otteau Group.Real estate agents and experts say higher interest rates is the main reason but low inventory is also to blame for fewer sales.
