The popular Cheshire-based soap has been part of Channel 4 schedule's since 1995.
Hollyoaks will no longer air on Channel 4 as bosses confirmed the popular soap was axed from the channel after 28 years.
They first made the move to stream the soap on All4, announcing the news that episodes would also be uploaded onto YouTube, but they have now made the decision to offer a 'first look' on Channel 4's website before airing the episodes on E4 half an hour later. The BAFTA-winning late-night show, which launched in 2018, featured musical performances and interviews with celebrity guests and was presented by rapper Big Narstie and comedian Mo Gilligan.
