Experts say that daily bowel movements are not essential for good health and that their frequency varies greatly among individuals. Factors such as diet, hydration, stress, age, medication use, and social circumstances influence one's bowel habits.

If you are not thirsty and your urine is pale or clear, you are. It’s that simple.
