History will remember Dr Anthony Fauci as a “tremendous failure” for his COVID-19 leadership as the US President’s former chief medical advisor, says Stanford University Professor Dr Jay Bhattacharya.

Dr Bhattacharya is currently involved in a case by the State of Missouri attorney-general office against the Biden administration, which will decide in the next week whether to place a preliminary injunction on the “censorship, sort of Ministry of Truth” surrounding COVID-19 discussion.

“I’m very hopeful because we have a very strong case that a dozen federal agencies told Twitter, Facebook, Google what to censor and who to censor on matters of scientific policy,” he told Sky News host Rita Panahi.“As far as Dr Fauci – I think the best we can actually hope for is an honest evaluation of what he did during the pandemic.

“He advocated for school closures, he advocated for lockdowns, he advocated for panic, and we have seen that much of that did not actually work to protect anyone from COVID.”
