KUALA LUMPUR: Umno stalwart Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein says he is willing to work with anyone who has the nation's interest at heart.
"If you have the bigger agenda, the nation is in your heart, there is nobody I would not work with. I have been accused of so many things.
Hishammuddin said he discussed the recent developments affecting Bersatu but it had nothing to do with their party's earlier meeting on Friday."I have been friends with Tan Sri Muhyiddin for a long time as much as I am friends with Tun Dr Manathir Mohamad," he added. However, he urged for calm and to allow the leaders of the respective political parties to resolve the matter.Besides Hishammuddin, other leaders seen arriving at Muhyiddin's home at Bukit Damansara included several former PKR members.
