Hip-hop artists Jay-Z, Yo Gotti file federal lawsuit over Mississippi prison deaths

The lawsuit, flied Tuesday, names Mississippi Department of Corrections Commissioner Pelicia Hall and Mississippi State Penitentiary Superintendent Marshall Turner among the defendants.
