Dia dituduh mengikut Seksyen 233 Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998 dan boleh dihukum di bawah Seksyen 233 akta sama, yang memperuntukkan hukuman denda maksimum RM50,000 atau penjara sehingga setahun, atau kedua-duanya jika sabit kesalahan.
