The association of methotrexate and folic acid prescription, together or individually, with COVID-19 diagnosis and mortality was evaluated.Of 380,380 participants, 12,433 were prescribed folic acid, 174 were prescribed methotrexate, 3952 were prescribed methotrexate and folic acid, and 363,821 were prescribed neither folic acid nor methotrexate.
