Abbeville Christian’s volleyball team defeated Evangel Christian on Monday and lost to Hooper Academy on Tuesday.

The Generals beat Evangel 25-14, 25-16, 25-19. Anna Blankenship earned five aces and three kills, Allie Kate Causey delivered four aces and seven digs and Amari George three kills. Paige Welch amassed 12 digs.Lakeside splits in first two: Lakeside School opened the season with a loss on Friday but rebounded with a win on Monday.
The Chiefs fell to Hooper Academy 25-15, 25-8, 25-6 before earning a 25-21, 25-22, 17-25, 25-19 win over Trinity Christian of Opelika on Monday. ACA JV splits: The Abbeville Christian junior varsity team lost to Evangel Christian 25-9, 25-6, but earned a two-set win over Hooper Academy. No score was available in the win over Hooper.
