“I had a feeling something was gonna happen last night, something just told me,” Cooper said. “And then today I just thought, ‘Nah, it’s probably just nerves, just another job.’”The RSA Tower is the tallest building in the state, standing at 745 feet tall.“I got out there and started having issues with my equipment and said, ‘Well, it’ll smooth out, it always does,’” Cooper said. “This time it did not.
