High Key Brewing hitting the right note with bold, flavourful beers in downtown Saskatoon yxe
I think we have a little bit of a different style in terms of the tap room. We’re kind of light, bright and airy. We’re really modern and simple. We have great food. We put a lot of passion into our food and our beer and we’re just really excited to try new flavours and try new beer and see what people think about it. Coming into our tap room you kind of get the first feel for the company and the feel for the beer.We like brewing bold and creative and flavourful brews.
We’re hoping to start doing some tap room only exclusive brews. We’d kind of have those a little bit quicker so we could keep inventing and keep playing around with different flavours and different styles. We have all of our beer on tap, plus we generally leave room for a guest tap from another local brewery. Our ‘not on tap’ section of the menu is just to highlight more non-High Key local breweries. As we are licensed as a hospitality suite vs.
So far our most popular item has been our Nashville Chicken Sandwich. We marinate the chicken for two days to make it extra juicy, then season and double batter for extra crunch. The Nashville comes in three different heat factors, with the hottest Nashville Chicken getting an extra dust of habanero seasoning and a hot chili oil drizzle.
