KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has ordered Tan Sri Isa Samad to enter his defence on nine charges of graft under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act.
The court, however, acquitted him of the single criminal breach of trust charge after finding the prosecution failed to establish a prima facie case on the charge.
