HHS Digital Accessibility Statement

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is committed to making its information and communication technology accessible to individuals with disabilities by meeting or exceeding the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act , as amended in 1998. HHS, at a minimum, applies WCAG 2.0 level AA, Section 508 standards, and digital accessibility best practices to all ICT developed, procured, funded, maintained, or used.
