HGTV has ordered up 12 episodes after Todryk earned some impressive ratings this year with sought-after demographics.
and local designer Jenn Todryk will be back for a third season in summer 2023.
Applications are being accepted from homeowners in Lucas, Allen and McKinney, according to a flyer Todryk posted to her 1.2 million Instagram followers. Todryk takes on three- or four-room projects and comes up with ways to make the rooms more livable without knocking down walls. Construction costs are higher for this season. Applicants need $100,000 to $250,000 to spend on their projects, and they need to clear out and live somewhere else for eight to 10 weeks. Todryk, who’s a busy mother of three small children, will film 12 episodes.
