Here's your chance to own a 1968 Charger with 1000 hp and a six-speed.
This car, nicknamed Dumbo, has been totally restored, and now features a 1000-hp 6.2-liter supercharged Hellephant crate engine under the hood. It sends power to the rear wheels via a six-speed T56 Magnum transmission and a rear end from Strange. Modern suspension from Magnum Force and Viking coilovers mean the power won't be as overwhelming for the chassis, while Wilwood brakes are present to get the car slowed down.
This Charger has been given a handful of cosmetic upgrades too, including a sweet grey paint job, a matching gray interior, LED lighting, alloy wheels from Rushforth, and billet door handles from Ringbrothers.during Mecum's Las Vegas event happening the weekend of November 10. There's no price estimate listed, though it's safe to assume it'll sell for a bit more than your standard 1968 Charger.
