Here's our first look at the 2024 Subaru BRZ tS.
, the BRZ tS gets upgraded Brembo brakes with four-piston calipers up front and twin-piston fixed calipers at the rear. The upgraded GR86 uses dampers from German company SACHS, but the BRZ tS gets a different set of shocks from Hitachi. The idea is to offer a bit more track capability than the standard setup. Like the BRZ Limited, the tS comes with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires, and they're wrapped on 18-inch wheels with a new metallic finish.
TS stands for "tuned by STI," and this is just a handling and trim package. No changes for the 2.4-liter, 228-hp flat-four or the six-speed manual transmission.reports that the BRZ tS will be available at dealers early next year, and should carry a base price around $36,000. Previously, the tS model was limited to 500 units, but now, it's just a trim for the BRZ. It shouldn't be too hard to get your hands on one, in that case.
