North Texas homeowners who decide it’s time to peddle their property can expect to gain an average of almost $108,000 from the sale.but down from last summer when area home prices peaked, according to a study by Attom Data Solutions.D-FW’s most recent gross home sales profit was slightly less than the U.S. average of $113,000 in the second quarter, Attom Data found. In the most recent quarter, D-FW sellers gained $107,933.
