The actress took a solo trip while her ex tied the knot in Vegas.
A"well-placed" Hollywood source told the outlet that Garner got a heads up that the event was happening one day before it occurred.
"Ben did tell Jen about the wedding, but I’m told that it was only Friday at the earliest. It was very, very minimally planned in advance and was largely spur-of-the-moment," they said, explaining that Affleck and Garner’s 16-year-old daughter, Violet,"stayed home because she’s extremely loyal to her mom."
The insider added that Lopez was eager to marry Affleck:"[Lopez] has been ready to get married since the night that Ben proposed. She wanted to lock this down and remove any chance for cold feet ASAP!" In April, a sourcehow Garner felt about Affleck and Lopez getting engaged."Ben told Jen and the kids, so they knew about it," a source close to Garner said."Jen is happy for Ben and knows that J.Lo has been a positive influence in certain ways.
