Monmouth is home to three districts that aimed to install policies to require schools to notify parents when their children request transgender or non-binary accommodations. Murphy’s administration hassaying parents should have more of a say in their children’s education.

Moriarty, a member of the Assembly since 2006, is aiming to keep the Senate seat in Democratic hands. His Assembly running mates are Dan Hutchinson, a Gloucester Township councilman, and Cody Miller, a member of the Monroe Township school board. Pappas’ Assembly running mates are are Ross Traphagen, a Clinton councilman, and Grace Zhang, an accountant.Abortion is a critical issue here. Zwicker cast his daughter in a campaign ad warning about what might happen to reproductive rights if Pappas’ team is elected.
