And in a new photoshoot for Wonderland, the actor is back wearing Connell’s chain. The pics were taken a while ago before lockdown by Bartek Szmigulski. Paul’s wearing a jumper vest in some pics, so it must have been colder - but he's rocking the chain/vest combo. Paul revealed earlier this month that wearing chains is nothing new for him, so he was bemused when the Connell's chain Instagram account amassed such a huge following so quickly. ‘I’m not gonna abuse anybody who thinks chains are sexy but I wore chains and necklaces before and I definitely didn’t get the attention that this chain is getting,’ he said on Radio 1.
However, as much as we’d love to see more of Connell’s chain on our screens, a second series isn’t ‘on the cards’ at the moment. ‘Oh, there's no question that character to me is still alive and breathing and very much has a lot of life left to live, and has a relationship with Marianne that is maybe unfinished,' Paul says. He adds: ‘I do feel like the series that has finished is its own thing, and I'm totally comfortable with that.
