Hennessey’s Venom 800 Turns The F-150 Into A 3.4-Second Rocket To 60 MPH

After being flooded with requests by customers who couldn't get the Raptor R, Hennessey responded with this 800 hp super truck

The Venom 800 caters to enthusiasts who missed out on securing a Ford F-150 Raptor R. The truck accelerates to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds, outpacing its rivals easily. Only 250 units of the Venom 800 will be built, making it an exclusive option. Last year, Hennessey launched its potent Venom 775 version of the F-150, created to rival the Ram 1500 TRX and Ford’s own F-150 Raptor R.

Other modifications include a cat-back exhaust and a proprietary engine management system. The result is a truck that actually outmuscles both the Ram 1500 TRX and F-150 Raptor R and can hit 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds while storming down the quarter-mile in 11.7 seconds. Like its two OEM rivals, the Hennessey Venom 800 isn’t only about huge horsepower and torque figures.
