Help 13k MAS staff with no pay before talking about their attire - Syed Saddiq

Syed Saddiq urges Siti Zailah to focus on the economic situation of MAS staff instead of attires to be syariah-compliant.

Bersatu Youth chief Syed Saddiq Abdul Rahman said the priority should be on helping some 13,000 Malaysia Airlines staff who have been asked to go on unpaid leave instead of trying to push for their attires to be syariah-compliant.

He said this in response to Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister Siti Zailah Mohd Yusoff's statement that she will be meeting with Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri, who is in charge of religious affairs, to push for female cabin crew members to cover their aurat.
