O'Keefe said.Woodland told O'Keefe he was being like Minns and said it was not a massive pay rise."I know many teachers and I've got a lot of respect for teachers and I think you absolutely deserve the pay rise, but I also think it's pretty fair to have 12 weeks holiday a year," O'Keefe responded.
