Lewis Capaldi's dad Mark details his heartbreak at his son's mental health struggles in new Netflix documentary How I'm Feeling Now
Lewis Capaldi's dad Mark detailed his heartbreak as he broke down in tears when his son stopped his 2020 Wembley gig mid-performance.
In one scene, Lewis' parents Mark and Carole were discussing their son's shoulder twitch prior to his diagnosis and encouraged him to get it checked out. However, both parents note that the turning point for the Someone You Loved singer was towards the end of his 2020 arena tour, specifically his gig at London's Wembley Arena.
It cuts to Lewis performing his hit song Fade in front of thousands of screaming fans at Wembley, where the singer could be seen visibly struggling with his twitch. As the singer attempts to sing the lyrics, he raises his hands up and says: "Sorry I'm just gonna stop for two seconds, is that okay?" He continued: "I started to get in my head about these pressures and thinking 'Oh f***, there's skin in the game now', rather than me just singing my little songs other people are depending on me."
