SAN ANTONIO — Foster kiddos were showing those pearly whites for the cameras at Landa Park across the way from Trinity University. will eventually display the photos. The state-wide program places photos of youth in high-traffic areas like malls, museums and sports venues as examples.

The initiative specifically focuses on hard to place youth and sibling groups like teens and special needs, children that really need us. Later this fall into next month the south central Texas contract will be awarded.
