As summer reaches its penultimate month, the heat is rising all over the country. I don't know about you, but I have little desire to turn on my oven when the temperature is above 80 degrees. That's why this meal plan doesn't require the oven--at all! All of the meals are made in the air-fryer, grill or stove-top.
Pair this with toast and nut butter for a filling breakfast. Protein-Boosted Avocado Toast Mash white beans or chickpeas into avocado. Spread on whole-grain toast and top with an egg, cooked any style. Lunch Lunch is easy this week with a prep-ahead salad that features rotisserie chicken and a super simple veggie wrap. This salad is easy to prep ahead, and it uses rotisserie chicken for a quick and healthy meal. There's no cooking required--just assemble and enjoy.
