PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia recorded two Covid-19 new cases on Tuesday (June 30), bringing the country's total to 8,639 infections.
Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah also said 20 more cases have been discharged, which means 8,354 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Malaysia since the outbreak began.There are now only 164 active cases left being treated at health facilities nationwide.
Currently, there are four people treated at intensive care units with one patient requiring ventilator support. Dr Noor Hisham announced no new deaths, which means the death toll remains at 121 cases for the 16th day in a row.
