Health Ministry records 11 new Covid-19 cases, no deaths today

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 10 — Malaysia recorded 11 new Covid-19 cases today, bringing the total accumulated positive cases to 9,094, the Ministry of Health announced. “Three Malaysian citizens who returned from Australia tested positive for Covid-19. Also two overseas returnees from Japan and Singapore also tested positive.

Dr Noor Hisham said that three of the local transmission cases were reported from the Kurau Cluster after they were identified via active case detection and close contact screening.
