PUTRAJAYA: Another 150 new Covid-19 cases have been reported, bringing it to a total of 3,483 cases as of noon Saturday (April 4), says the Health Ministry.

Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said there were 88 recovered Covid-19 patients discharged, bringing the total to 915 cases.

He added that a total of 99 cases were being treated in intensive care units and 50 of those cases needed ventilators. Based on preliminary investigations, 80 of the 150 new cases reported were linked to the tabligh gathering at Masjid Jamek, Sri Petaling."Four deaths have been recorded today, this brings the total of Covid-19 deaths to 57 in the country," said Dr Noor Hisham during a press conference on Saturday.
