The MACC is investigating a contract for Covid-19 test kits and protective gear.

A statement issued through his office this evening said the accusation was a malicious character assassination. It said Adham had no business interests in the firm, Khazanah Jaya Sdn Bhd, and did not have any relationship with its shareholders.The statement added that he had never given any instructions to officers to approve the awarding of the contract to Khazanah Jaya or any other company.

C4 said the shareholder was on the board of another company which included two directors of Khazanah Jaya.
