Caleb was walking just after 1 p.m. in the 800 block of North Greenview Avenue, not far from the school, when an armed man approached him and fired shots, police have said. He was struck in the chest and the left arm and pronounced dead later at Stroger Hospital. “He would come to my house all the time,” Akordor said."He looked up to my mom and he leaned on her a lot, we became family.”
